If you’re here, you know all too well how chronic hip pain feels and how it impacts your daily life. Our goal with this pre-rehabilitation program is to help you find a way to ease up that discomfort and continue with the activities you enjoy – and hopefully avoid a visit to the doctor’s office. These solutions are all things you can do at home on your own. In this program:
- Because exercise is a key component of any rehab program, you’ll find specific exercises and stretches that will help ease your hip pain (with printable handouts and video demonstrations).
- Information on specific causes of hip pain (including video discussion).
- A discussion of treatment and pre-rehabilitation options that you can do at home. Video included.
To truly customize your program, you can add on a 45-minute assessment with me (we will meet virtually/on line*). This time will allow you to ask me questions about your hip issue, and I can offer suggestions and additional exercises that will enhance your success with this program.
One additional add-on option is a package of 2 follow-up sessions. These 45-minute on line* sessions will help us see how you’re doing with your recovery and then further customize the program to keep you on the road to progress.
