A New Strength Training Program to Start 2024

Need a new strength training program? Let this class get you started! In this video, I’ll lead you through a 30-minute all strength training workout. We’ll work your upper body, lower body AND core during this session. Equipment needed: a set of dumbbells, an exercise band, plus an exercise mat.
