You CAN Work Your Core (and have osteoporosis)

Core exercises for osteoporosis

If you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis, there are things you should and should NOT do when it comes to exercise. In this video, I give you a solid core workout that is safe for spines diagnosed with osteoporosis. We’ll work abs, lower back, plus hamstrings. Why hamstrings? These muscles affect how your pelvis tilts and help promote better posture and less strain on osteoporotic vertebrae. Be proactive and take control of your health and well-being!

Equipment needed: An exercise mat and a set of dumbbells (medium-heavy ideal).
