Want to Feel Better? Stretch!

Watch this clip to learn how to stretch and make it super-effective! Stretching done regularly will only make your body feel and function better. And it’s easy to do…all it takes is a few minutes and a reminder to yourself get it into your schedule. For me, I like to watch TV or listen to an audio book when I stretch.
